Most contact lens cases are cheap plastic — disposable by design and destined for landfill. The client came to Hardline Design with a better idea: a durable, well-considered case built to last.

We researched user behaviour, materials, and manufacturing feasibility to inform the design from the ground up. The concept evolved to include a built-in UV lamp that activates for one minute after closing, providing an additional layer of disinfection with zero extra effort from the user.
